Both kits include 3 polos (1 Black, 1 Navy, and 1 Charcoal), a crewneck, and 2 bottoms (1 Navy and 1 Black). All tops come embroidered with the EPHS logo (left chest); bottoms are blank.

One shirt size covers the polos and the unisex crewneck. Bottoms are sized by waist; matching sweatpants are also unisex XS–4XL.
Waists 28, 30, 32, and 40 are unavailable as a complete Signature kit because its required Navy-and-Black pant pair cannot be fulfilled. You can still order an available color and waist separately.

Skirt lengths are for the Classroom longer-length kick-pleat skirt (style 55794), measured from the waistband. The back is 1/2" longer than the front on every size. Pants have no length choice — they are sized by waist only.

Crewnecks & sweatpants — unisex sizing
Crewnecks use the same unisex alpha size as the polo (XS–4XL); the Young Men's chest measurements are the closest reference, including for the Ladies' cards. Sweatpants are also unisex XS–4XL and are not measured by the polo or bottoms tables. If you are between sizes, contact [email protected] before ordering.

Single pieces are priced individually. Ordering one piece at a time costs more per garment than a package, because each single item is produced, decorated and handled on its own. Good for a replacement polo, an extra pair of pants, or an add-on later in the school year.

Returns & Size Exchanges
Wrong size? Start here.
You can start a size exchange or a return yourself — no phone call, no waiting on an email. You'll need the email address you used at checkout and your order number (it looks like S1028 and is on your order confirmation).
Polos and crewnecks are embroidered, so they can be exchanged for a different size. They can't be returned for a refund.
Pants and skirts can be exchanged for a different size, or returned for a refund if they're unworn with the original tags still attached.
Refunds are based on the amount paid for the returned item. For items purchased as part of a kit, the refund may be lower than the standalone price because the kit discount is allocated across its components. Exchange credits are based on the item's allocated kit value, not its standalone list price. Nothing is charged or refunded until your request is reviewed.
Damaged, defective, wrong item, or something missing? Start the same way — our team reviews these individually and will make it right.

Can I exchange sizes?
Yes. Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date your order ships, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has its original tags. — or see Returns & Size Exchanges above.
Do you accept returns?
Pants and skirts can be returned for a refund if they're unworn with the original tags attached. Polos and crewnecks are embroidered, so those can be exchanged for a different size rather than refunded. If anything arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right — and our team will review it. Refunds are based on the amount paid for the returned item. Every item is made to order with embroidery added after you order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks after payment for production and processing.
What is included in each package?
Both kits include 3 polos (1 Black, 1 Navy, 1 Charcoal), 1 embroidered crewneck, and 2 bottoms (1 Navy, 1 Black). In Essentials, the Black and Navy polos are Port Authority Core Classic Pique; the Charcoal polo is Port Authority EZCotton 100% cotton. Signature uses Port Authority EZCotton polos in all three colors and upgrades to a Dickies 874 pant (Young Men's) or Classroom skirt (Ladies'). Why choose a package?
The package puts all six required uniform pieces into one order, with the selected fit, sizes, colors, and EPHS logo details together — and it costs about $38–$52 less than buying those same six pieces one at a time. Single items cost more per garment because each one is produced, decorated and handled on its own rather than as part of a single order. Shop Individual Items is intended for replacements and additional pieces.
How much is shipping?
Home delivery is a flat $9.95 per order no matter how many pieces you buy, so it costs the same whether you order one polo or a full package.
How will my order arrive?
Your order ships to your home address. We will send tracking information when it is on the way.
Can I purchase additional pieces later?
Yes — come back to this store any time and use Shop Individual Items to add a replacement polo, an extra pair of pants, or matching sweatpants at standard retail pricing.
Is the fundraising contribution optional?
Yes, entirely optional and off by default. The $1.50/item fundraiser add-on directly supports recognition, awards, and graduation apparel for Excelsior Prep students — check the box during checkout only if you'd like to include it.
